Hi! Thank you so much for visiting the About me page of Lola Petite Bourgogne. This is where I share what I know about fashion and related topics.

Fashion is what I always fancy on. I used to lack confidence during my teenagehood until I learned to love myself. I was living in France back then, and everyone called me Lola Petite, which means Little Lola. Being the smallest girl in school, not fitting into trendy clothing my friends wore, and having large feet that unbalanced my body shape were just some of the beauty anxieties I have to battle during my school years.



To be honest, they don’t really matter when I’m writing these lines, but I have fought hard to get to where I am today. My back suffered severe injuries during my college years due to excessive exercise at the gym. I could barely stand straight in the attempt to become an inch higher. I tried to be happy on the outside but my eating disorders really got on my nerve.

Then, it changes when I looked into the mirror and decided to love my acnes, short legs, big feet, stretch marks, sensitive skin, and many more. The more I know about fashion, the more passionate I become. Fashion was created to embrace every personal trait. Whether which size you are, or what style you follow, there’s always a path to being a fashionista, and that’s why I love fashion.

Through my amateur view and knowledge about fashion I put in these blogs, I hope lost souls like me in the past will be inspired and able to find the right way to love themselves.
